Denny Plowman - caller, bass, mandola, guitar Ed Marchewicz - flute, saxophones, fife and most blowable things Jim Walker - 4 and 6 string fiddles Steve Bailey - guitar - melodeon   Our music is based in English and Celtic traditional music with added influences including jazz and eastern European music. We play mostly for dances:  - ceilidhs, barn dances for parties, weddings and any other celebrations and social events. We are also available for concerts, festivals, folk clubs and pubs where we provide an even more eclectic of songs and tunes We are a busy band and perform most weekends; most events are private We have our own p.a. system and a caller (usually Denny) who leads you through the dances.And, yes, Five Go Off is usually four people.. . although we are sometimes five, six or seven. With the larger band we can also add some pop music and rock and roll to follow the ceilidh dancing (a popular combination for wedding receptions)
